Set in the heart of this popular beach side development is this charming three bedroom house, sleeping six guests. It is situated close to one of the smaller pools in Villacana, the Eva pool, and a large wooden window in one of the courtyards can be opened to view this area.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable cream leather sofas, there is a television with satellite channels, WiFi, DVD and CD players, plus a collection of games and books thoughtfully provided by the owners. Large shuttered wooden doors open onto the south facing walled patio where there is a built-in barbecue. Sun loungers are provided, and can be taken the few steps to the lawns by the pool if required.

The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, with a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, electric oven and hob, washing machine and drier, and a juicer among the many things supplied. There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, with a ceiling fan for summer comfort, and a further set of shuttered doors open onto a second walled courtyard.

Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can also be joined together to make a king size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with traditional Spanish tiling.

A further twin bedroom, and compact twin room both have air-conditioning, and share the family bathroom.
