The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools. It has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee filter. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room located beyond the open plan space.
Patio doors open directly form the living space to the courtyard where there is space to dine al fresco as well as sun loungers.
The first floor is air conditioned has three bedrooms each sleeping two people. They can be made up as twin rooms or with super king sized beds depending on your requirements. The bedrooms all look over the lush courtyard. There is a compact shower room and toilet for all to use and the master bedroom has an en-suite which gives the property its third shower.
All stairs in this property have stair gates to ensure safety for families. A steep spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace which has stunning views over the roof tops and surrounding area. It is fully equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy this peaceful sun trap. There are walls surrounding the terrace. It is recommended that children be supervised at all times when on the terrace.
