December 24, 2019This large, two storey, four bed-roomed town house is located centrally in Villacana, a delightful and peaceful beachside development on the Costa del Sol.
On the ground floor is a modern and spacious kitchen, which is well equipped for your stay. There is a breakfast bar in addition to the adjacent dining room. A central working hearth can provide additional heat in cooler evenings. The lounge is comfortably furnished, and this, and the dining room, open up onto the garden through double louvred doors. There is a shower room and toilet on the ground floor as well.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms are twin bedrooms, and one is a spacious double room. The double room has a door into one of the shower rooms, and there is a possibility to have this as an en-suite for the sole use of the master bedroom.
Outside is a large lawned garden, with a pergola providing welcome shade over a dining table. There are sun loungers provided. A rear gate gives convenient access to one of Villacana’s smaller pools which is a few paces away.
The property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Walking children under 2 years of age are not permitted by the owners due to the nature of the stairs. A £200 damage deposit is to be lodged 7 weeks before arrival. The property is not available to rent between November and Easter each year.
In July and August the property can be rented for two week periods as a minimum, and only from Saturdays to Saturdays.

It has one large pool and three small pools spread out across the complex. It is located directly on a quiet sandy beach which is no more than a five minute amble from anywhere in Villacana.
There are restaurants, bars, a hair and beauty salon and a shop all on site.
