The accommodation is on two levels. Downstairs the living space is open plan. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing and drying machines, a fridge freezer, and an electric oven and hob. There is an adjacent dining area and a comfortable lounge. Television, a CD and DVD player and WiFi is provided. There is a smart feature electric fire, plus underfloor heating. Integral air-conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures at any time of the year.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, which also benefit from the air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the twin bedroom has the use of the family bathroom, including a full bath with shower above. Both the bath and shower facilities have underfloor heating.
Outside is reached through shuttered doors from the living area. There is space for a dining table and chairs, and this area has an open outlook over the pool and grassy surround, and some of well maintained gardens. The pool is protected by a glass screen. The aspect is west facing so there is plenty of sunshine available.
