Set in a central location in Villacana, a development by the beach on the Costa del Sol, is this smart two bedroom poolside townhouse.
On entering the house there is a separate kitchen to the right, which is very well equipped for your holiday. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, and a large fridge freezer.
There is a comfortably furnished lounge and dining room; WiFi and English television channels are included in the cost of your holiday. Wide shuttered doors open onto a garden set above the pool area. Patio furniture is provided.
Upstairs is a master bedroom with a super-king sized bed and a small balcony over looking the Eva pool. There is ample space in the fitted wardrobes. This room has a modern en-suite bathroom, with a shower over the bath, and a Juliet balcony.
The twin bedroom has small south facing balcony. This second bedroom has the use of the family shower room with a large walk in shower; this also has a Juliet balcony. A travel cot is available if requested.
Both of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
