30 Calle de Silvia

Silvia 30 is a two bedroom townhouse, set close to the beach in the magical development, Villacana, in Cancelada, on the Costa del Sol. This house has the added attraction of a roof terrace, from where you have a 360 degree view of the sea and nearby mountains. The beach is around a two minute stroll away from this house.

On the ground floor the modern and well equipped kitchen leads to the smart and stylish dining and living area. Double louvre shuttered doors open onto a walled patio, where there is a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. Wifi is provided free of charge, and there are many satellite TV channels available.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, and both have air-conditioning fitted. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, has a balcony overlooking the courtyard patio. A door leads to a full bathroom; this bathroom can also be accessed from the landing area, or locked internally to create an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and is furnished with twin beds.

From the landing a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, and access to the roof terrace. The views from here are superb. There is ample space for sunbathing and relaxation, or star gazing at night.

It has one large pool and three small pools spread out across the complex. It is located directly on a quiet sandy beach which is no more than a five minute amble from anywhere in Villacana.
