This smart two storey, two bedroom property is set on the western edge of Villacana South, a development of Moorish style houses and apartments by a sandy Mediterranean beach.

Downstairs is open plan, with a lounge, dining area and kitchen combined. The well equipped kitchen is modern and has an electric cooker and hob, a microwave, large fridge freezer and a dish washer.

The dining area leads to the comfortable lounge, where there is a television with satellite channels, a DVD player and a music centre. WiFi is also provided.

Wooden shuttered doors open onto a peaceful walled patio with outdoor furniture and a barbeque provided.

Upstairs the large double room has an outlook to many trees, and is not overlooked. The twin bedroom has space for a spare folding bed or cot. Both of these rooms have air-conditioning. On this floor is also the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, a toilet and basin, plus a washing machine.

The owners of this house have provided an extra folding bed, a cot and high chair, all available for use if needed.

Villacana is an inviting resort filled with white buildings and terracotta streets.

It has one large pool and three small pools spread out across the complex. It is located directly on a quiet sandy beach which is no more than a five minute amble from anywhere in Villacana.

There are restaurants, bars, a shop and a hair and beauty salon all on site.

To make your booking simply fill out the booking form, we will then confirm your booking and send you an invoice with payment details. For bookings within six weeks of the holiday we require payment in full. For bookings made in advance we require a non-refundable 20% deposit, and the balance is to be paid seven weeks prior to your arrival.

Your rental fee will include all services and linen. If you stay for longer than one week a change of linen is provided.

If you are travelling with young children some equipment can be hired, e.g. cot or high chair.

Also the provision of extra cleaning or the hire of beach towels can be arranged.
