Eva 3 is a first floor studio apartment, with extensive outdoor space, occupying a corner plot In Villacana. It is ideally suited to one or two guests. The apartment is very close to the beach and pools, and also to the main facilities in Villacana.

The front door opens onto a flight of steps, which leads into the kitchen and dining area of the apartment. There is a dining table for up to four guests, and a compact kitchen area which has a fridge, an electric oven and hob and a microwave. There are double patio doors which open onto one of the many terraces this apartment boasts.

From the kitchen there are two further doors. The first leads to the bedroom which has a king size bed, a flat screen television, and a fitted wardrobe. The bedroom is air-conditioned. A door opens on one side of the room to a juliet balcony, with views inland towards the mountains. On the opposite wall double patio doors open onto the terrace shared with the kitchen. WiFi is connected to this property.

The second door leads to the shower room, recently modernised to a very high standard. The room has a walk in shower, WC and basin. Unusually the main terraces are all accessed through this room.

The terrace on the same level as the accommodation wraps around two sides of the apartment, giving masses of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. A further flight of steps externally leads to a large roof terrace with stunning views of the sea and mountains.

It would not be a suitable property for a young child or baby due to the nature of the stairs.

Villacana is an inviting resort filled with white buildings and terracotta streets.

It has one large pool and three small pools spread out across the complex. It is located directly on a quiet sandy beach which is no more than a five minute amble from anywhere in Villacana.

There are restaurants, bars, a hair and beauty salon and a shop all on site.

To make your booking simply fill out the booking form, we will then confirm your booking and send you an invoice with payment details. For bookings within six weeks of the holiday we require payment in full. For bookings made in advance we require a non-refundable 20% deposit, and the balance is to be paid seven weeks prior to your arrival.

Your rental fee will include all services and linen. If you stay for longer than one week a change of linen is provided.

The provision of extra cleaning or the hire of beach towels can be arranged.
