Eva 13 is situated a short distance from the main Villacana pool area, and is also close to the smaller Eva pool. Just a three minute stroll will take you to the beach.

Eva 13 is a light and spacious apartment. The open plan living and dining space provides plenty of room for up to four guests. There is an open plan kitchen, with a washing machine, slim-line dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave oven and a large fridge freezer. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The guests in this apartment share a modern shower room.

There are two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the benefit of air-conditioning. There is plenty of space in the fitted wardrobes. Doors lead to the rear patio. The second bedroom has twin beds, and also has air-conditioning. This bedroom too has doors which lead to the rear patio.

The rear patio is paved and has a wind down awning to provide welcome shade. It faces south. There are table and chairs for outside dining. To the front of the apartment are two gardens with lush grassed areas for sunbathing.

Villacana is an inviting resort filled with white buildings and terracotta streets.

It has one large pool and three small pools spread out across the complex. It is located directly on a quiet sandy beach which is no more than a five minute amble from anywhere in Villacana.

There are restaurants, bars, a shop and a hair and beauty salon all on site.

To make your booking simply fill out the booking form, we will then confirm your booking and send you an invoice with payment details. For bookings within six weeks of the holiday we require payment in full. For bookings made in advance we require a non-refundable 20% deposit, and the balance is to be paid seven weeks prior to your arrival.

Your rental fee will include all services and linen. If you stay for longer than one week a change of linen is provided.

If you are travelling with young children some equipment can be hired, e.g. cot or high chair.

Also the provision of extra cleaning or the hire of beach towels can be arranged.
